Beaver Creek Archaeology (BCA) is an established cultural resource management firm looking to hire staff for openings out of our Artesia, NM field office. The applicant will need to have demonstrable previous field experience in New Mexico. All interested applicants must meet the minimum requirements detailed below:


Minimum Qualifications:

•             Bachelors Degree in Archaeology/Anthropology or a closely related field

•             Previous field experience in New Mexico (meets or exceeds both the State and Federal permitting standards for a Field Supervisor/Crew Chief (FS/CC))

•             Valid driver’s license

•             Able to pass a pre-employment, annual, and random Non-DOT drug and alcohol screenings


The employment status is flexible but the position being offered is full-time with benefits and would be based out of Artesia, NM, with relocation expense reimbursement available. The applicant's cover letter should indicate their desired wage or wage range and any preferences as to employment status (e.g., only looking for part-time or seasonal work).
