ARCHAEOLOGICAL ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER– New Orleans, Louisiana
 
R. Christopher Goodwin & Associates, Inc. is seeking applicants for an Archaeological Assistant Project Manager in our New Orleans, Louisiana office. The successful candidate for this position will have an M.A. in Anthropology/Archaeology and will have worked in CRM for three to five years. At least one year of successful supervisory experience is required. Superior interpersonal skills as well as excellent field and writing skills are essential. Experience with GPS and familiarity with GIS is required.  Knowledge of the archaeology of eastern North America and the Lower Mississippi River Valley desired. . Training in or familiarity with NHPA and other cultural resources regulations are desirable. Candidate must be able to travel to project sites to direct and conduct Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III investigations. This position offers the potential for significant career growth and development in our award-winning 37 year old practice. Residence within commuting distance of the New Orleans office will be necessary for this position.
