• Track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining budgets;
• Aptitude to learn complex systems and new technology;
• Positive morale and ability to promote the same on a team;
• Detail-oriented approach to small, large, and emergency tasks;
• Experience providing exceptional customer service;
• Exceptional writing ability;
• Track record of delivering work that is error-free;
• Track record of creating work that is clear, concise, and correct;
• Exceptional MS Office skill set; and,
• Superior communication skills in-person and in correspondence.
