New Sharon couplers
Just finished 6 Sharon's using neo-lube. All 6 work well without polishing. Assembly time about 1 min each using the jig. These are even easier than the type D I was doing.
So far these are real

I have tried the Neo-Lube, Pencil lead and now, my favorite:
I use the Micro Brushes for various jobs. Found that dipping the end of the Yellow Micro Brush in powdered graphite, and gently shoving

I actually could have used the reamer on some EC87's that I was putting in standard gauge cars.
Since I already had these, I used them carefully with my cordless Dremel:

Be careful with the Rustoleum, a friend recently tried it but it never cured/dried completely.
I got something similar from Home Depot, Krylon brand, that I used on something else. It did take 15-20
