As I normally do not use Harbor Freight or E Bay for any tool purchase I can not recommend them asa source for small drills.

I tend to very often break the extremely brittle carbide drills used to drill the tops on couplers. If I could find a way to chuck up HSS drills so they wouldn't wobble all over the place, I would go
