It's my long held understanding that the glad hand of the existing Sergent Couplers EC87 and EN87 are already to scale.  The narrow shank version EN87 fits in a scale width draft box. The EC87 shank fits in a common, overscale, popular Kadee size draft box and/or mounting post. But that difference is usually difficult to notice from outside a model sitting on the track.
