New Lapland Longspur at Fiesta Island

Thursday morning there's a new Lapland Longspur at the Fiesta Island dog run, associated with an especially large aggregation of almost 200 Horned Larks. But as is often the case here, they have been totally flushed off from where they started near the north end of the dog run and are now somewhere else. Unlike the earlier Laplands here this season, this bird only has heavy streaks on the breast and not the obvious black patches on the breast sides.
