continued to see the towhee off and on today... after I posted the update and directions I saw the towhee and heard a visiting birder out in the driveway, I think
she might have seen it at the same time I was watching it from inside. Â Suggestion, bring a handful of uncooked oatmeal, toss it through the fence under
the blue basketball backboard... Â enough so the birds feel protected from the cooper's hawk that stakes out my yard... but in a place that you can still see the birds.
