There’s currently a Black and White Warbler at the Nobel Athletic Area and and Library. It is in trees on the lower field near the street, often dropping to the grassy area on ground. Standing at the picnic area, look towards the street where there’s a sidewalk paralleling the street - It’s very birdy in the brightly colored trees on the walkway by picnic tables, too. The Black and White Warbler was in the tree just at the corner of the black fencing by the street and would drop to ground near mounds of dirt in the field.
