Tuesday morning there seems to be a slight uptick in the number of migrant landbirds around, though it's still far from a good number. Warbling Vireo maybe was the chief increased species, along with Western Tanager and Wilson's warbler and Black-headed grosbeak. The sole rarity of the morning was a migrant Purple Martin out on Point Loma. Also Willow Flycatcher.
On Sunday, there was a Bank Swallow at Dairy Mart ponds, continuing the small run of them over the past few weeks in the county.
