After bathing yesterday at noon, the bird didn't appear that evening, nor this morning.  But this morning there's been a landscaping crew working in the yard with chainsaw and wood chipper, i.e. noisy.  When the crew took a break at about 11:30 though, the bird finally appeared and drank and bathed.  Photos in this checklist:
