Hello San Diego birders! Reporting for Charlotte Morris that the MAGNOLIA WARBLER is still present today around 10am where reported by Jim Pawlicki in the eucalyptus near the restrooms at the Chula Vista Marina.

Refound Magnolia Warbler very briefly in same area by south restrooms @ 1:43pm. Got a poor photo but enough to ID it. Currently trying to relocate it.

Refound Magnolia Warbler in tree at 32.625442,-117.105863, next to bathroom. Very actively foraging and moving from tree to tree, had to follow it to another tree several times. Still present when I left at 2:15pm. Good luck!

Has anyone attempted to relocate the Magnolia today? Is it gone?

At 3:30 PM on 10/17/ 2019 the magnolia warbler continues. It took me 30 minutes to refined, but it was right next to the restroom.

On 10/18/2019 @ 11:45 am the Magnolia Warbler continues. 

Comments:
Continuing. Yellow Rump ruled out to amount of yellow on breast, Nashville ruled out due to stripes on flanks. Came back for photos. Only took 3 minutes to refind. In same tree by south bathrooms near pier. (GPS 32.6254 , -117.1056) dark above, yellow beneath. Faint stripes on flanks. White eye ring
