The video shows the bird slowly dipping its tail down without any movement of the wings indicating this is a Gray Flycatcher.
The photos are nice but always tricky identifying Empids from one

By the way, if anyone wants to see the merganser, I found her just to the north of the main boat dock area. I doubt she will stay there for long.

Correction, the hooded merganser was seen just to the east of the boat docks and not the north.
Also, the consensus on the gull is that it is a western gull.
