Swamp Sparrow
The Swamp Sparrow at Lindo Lakes was very cooperative this morning about 11:30. It flew into a very small isolated tree and posed briefly at the location posted yesterday.

I never miss an opportunity to look at turkey vultures and it paid off today. There was a zone-tailed hawk in Vista at 2 pm today. It was soaring like a tv but as it glided downward over Vista Village

I checked again at noon and failed to find the flycatcher. I did have a Tropical Kingbird show up there, so it’s all good!
Also saw the American Redstart on Tesoro Grove Rd (across from Nestor
