So us as observers how do we challenge this? The Xantus's hummingbird with the same range in Canada is accepted but this one a couple hundred miles out of range isn't I think there is a problem

Took a small loop across the grasslands then back towards the dam via Oak Canyon Trail. Wonderful birding this morning. Highlights were:
