Palm Warbler - Lower Cottonwood Creek, Encinitas

Warren J. (Jeff) Clingan

A Palm Warbler was present (re-found?) along Cottonwood Creek (west of the 101), today.  It was first seen around 9:00 AM, just west of the Tennis Courts, in a dead tree by the creek.  It was last seen around 11:00 AM, a little farther west, just before the path curves left and you come to the little foot bridge.  It was in the trees between the path and creek.
