On Saturday Jan 24, we went to Dos Picos County Park near Ramona. We ran into Tito from Carlsbad who had camped there Friday night. Shortly after daybreak Saturday, he had seen 6 Varied Thrushes near the east corner of the day-use parking lot. We later found about 4 Varied Thrushes area south of the day-use parking lot in the trees in the depression draining towards the pond.
