Thanks Phil. Called them and they transferred me to Sea World. We have the bird and a guy from Sea World is coming to get it from us.

I am at Imperial Beach and there is an injured Western Grebe stuck on the beach near the water. We saw it struggling in the water at edge of the sand and now it's beached as the tide goes out.
