I birded Lake Morena County Park mid-day Saturday September 25, 2021.  I walked from the area of the campground to the muddy edge of the upper, shallow arm of the lake.  There was a flock of 44 Greater White-fronted Geese along the shoreline that included at least 5 juveniles without speckled bellies.  Also saw a female Vermilion Flycatcher near the water's edge that was molting its tail feathers.  Finally, there was a white-headed adult Bald Eagle on a boulder in the lake.
