It was a good warbler morning at Harry Griffen Park in La mesa. In the ditch by the blue sani-cans along the entrance road, from about 10:30 to 11:15 at least 6 species of warblers were well-seen while I was there at the two wet spots in the concrete ditch. Besides Y-R and O-C, there were also Yellow, Townsends, Nashville, and the continuing juvenile Blackpoll. The Lucy’s was not seen. Also a female Western tanager, and the usual assortment of sparrows.
