My apologies for the delayed post but I only just now was able to review my photos and I can confirm a bird I saw at La Jolla Colony Park very briefly (just long enough to fire off two photos) was indeed the Prairie Warbler. This was at 4:34pm at the top of a podocarpus tree on the west side of the trail about halfway between workout stations 11 and 12.  Unfortunately, I was unable to relocate the bird after its quick appearance, but good to know it was still around in the afternoon! Hoping it sticks around another day or two, good luck everyone!
