Re: Club Station Antenna Work Party - Sept 22nd

Anybody who wants to can come to the San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology (SAMSAT) tomorrow at 10 for a ham station work party, mostly indoors.  We'll try to put a Cushcraft R5 up on the roof and run some coax (RG-8 and RG-58) down to the station, and we will do some more adjustments to the station and operating position.  We'll have an IC-781 to check out.  The station is in room 101 or 102.  Admission to the museum is free.
Address is 102 Mabry, San Antonio.  My cell is 210.845.4966.  Tom AB5XZ

Dear Club Members,

I am calling off the work party for tomorrow morning. I am told that the ground is still wet out at the club station and rain is expected to start soon and go through early morning. With this, conditions will not be ideal for us to complete the work we need to do.

We will look to reschedule for another date in the near future.
