• 4 eggs

• 2 cups of sugar

• 1 cup butter (2 sticks), melted

• 6 T. matzo meal

• 1 cup cocoa

• 1 12-oz. bag choc chips


Preheat oven to 350°. Beat eggs until blended, then add sugar gradually & beat until light & fluffy. Add melted butter and blend well.

Sift dry ingredients together (can use a fork) and slowly add to egg mixture, blending well. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 20-22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake. Cool before cutting into squares. Can freeze before cutting.
