Continuing pinyon invaders/refugees in Tahoe/Truckee

Will Richardson

Todd Easterla reported the continuing Juniper Titmice from the northeast edge of the Upper Truckee Marsh on Friday.

Cameryn Brock got photos of one more Juniper Titmouse from Meyers, in the sw Tahoe basin, on Saturday. There may have been more than one individual.

The Pinyon Jays in the Glenshire neighborhood continue, and I saw a flock of about 60 birds flying southeast from the pond in the early afternoon.
