We had some interesting birds in the yard this morning. Along with the almost daily Purple finch, Pine siskin, Orange-crowned warbler and Hermit thrush today we had a Western tanager and a Townsend's

There is currently a flock of 10 MOBL near the end of Cord Rd. They are in a field across from the typical Burrowing Owl spot. Look for ranch entrance with a rust colored fence.
