Fort Mason Lark Sparrow, Bullock's Oriole; Crissy Lagoon Laughing Gull

David Assmann

A BULLOCK'S ORIOLE has now been at Fort Mason four days, mostly viewed and heard inside shrubs along the east side of the garden. A LARK SPARROW was in the northeast corner of the garden as well, and a NASHVILLE WARBLER was in the Bottlebrush. At Crissy Lagoon, there were five WILSON'S SNIPE sitting in the open, a LAUGHING GULL was near the bridge, a dog flushed at least 20 AMERICAN PIPITS on the field, there were 43 KILLDEER on one of the little islands in the lagoon, and 7 SNOWY PLOVERS were in the protected area.
