BV Migrants

Buena Vista was very active a few minutes ago, though only on the sunny eastern slope. Olive-sided Flycatcher, Cassin's Vireo, Red-breasted Nuthatch, Orange-crowned, Black-throated Gray, and Wilson's Warblers, Black-headed Grosbeak, and Bullock's Oriole were all present, mostly one of each, and most were singing or calling.  The rest of the hill was quiet, and a pass through Corona Heights turned up only two countersinging B-th Grays.

Maybe a Swainson's Hawk will pass over before the wind shifts back to ocean gales...
