Bernal Hill and Miller Community Garden

I walked Bernal Hill at around 2:45 Saturday afternoon. The female kestrel continues in the southwest trees of Bernal Hill. Eight Western bluebirds congregated on a rooftop at Carver and Bernal Heights Blvd., then flew into the meadow at the south end of the hill.

A flock of Cedar waxwings and a robin flocked to the pyracantha and pepper tree at deserted and taped off Miller Community Garden.

Good birding.
