I have regularly observed White-throated Swifts in BV park at this time of
year, flying through the trees (tall Mont. cypress & pines) at low altitudes -
it's quite exciting to have them fly by so close - in the area newr the steps
at the NE corner of the park, the "Duboce Steps" as they are known in the
neighborhood.

never been there before...course, I;veonly lived inthe city for twenty
