A Red-necked Grebe was in the bay off of Crissey Field late this morning.  One female Common Merganser was diving north of the Coast Guard Pier, and one, possibly the same bird was later standing on the mud of Quartermaster Reach.  We were impressed by the size of her feet and ankles!  The Green-winged Teal also continued on the main lagoon.
