Re: male American Redstart a min ago

Hey Oh,

I was able to relocate the Am Redstart a few hundred yards up el Camino Del Mar, maybe 150 yards up from hole 17. N side of the road, foraging high in the various eucs. So hard to find visually, but it sang steadily away for over an hour. A tantalizing vireo made a Houdini appearance as well. It was warbling-like but had more yellow and a black eye-line. I didn’t get any other details. Probably Red-eyed vireo(?).

Good vagrant chasing!
