Battery Godfrey, 11/23/13

Paul Saraceni

I spent the morning (6:45-11:45 AM) atop Battery Godfrey, joined for a couple of hours at various times by Hugh C., David A. , and Dominik M.  While there were steady E/NE winds, the hoped-for waterfowl flight never materialized, but there was some diversity and continued large numbers of gulls (several thousand in the GG Channel) and Common Murres.
