Saturday morning at Fort Mason

Thanks to Calvin for finding the Dickcissel for those of us who had been searching for an hour or more. The sparrow flock had just not been on the lawns up to that time. We did have some additional birds; a pair of Western Bluebirds, a female Nuttall's Woodpecker, a Warbling Vireo, several Yellow-rumped Warblers, a Wilson's and a Townsend's Warbler, and a nearly eye level Pygmy Nuthatch being the most notable. We never found the Palm Warbler, though.
