1856 (or earlier) Baldwin in Georgia in 1922, JN Bray Lumber Co. #2 on Tap Lines

Donnie Hensley

This week on Tap Lines I have posted a Baldwin (circa 1915-1922) publicity photo of the the JN Bray Baldwin, an antebellum 4-4-0 that was reported to have been built in 1856 or earlier. Said to be an Western & Atlantic engine by the 1922 press but you know how reliable the press are. Please take the time to look this photo over and try to solve the mystery of her heritage.

I will be looking forward to your input.
