I an trying to find cat commands to change antenna refrence says "AN(ANTENNA NUMBER);

Hi Shane...  Try these two “pass-through” CAT commands for your FTDX1200 (first for ant 1, second for ant 2 selection).  

*0w AN00;

*0w AN01;

RigPi uses a library called Hamlibs to interface to dozens of different rigs.  The leading (asterisk zero w) is the Hamlibs command prefix that passes the attached AN CAT command directly to your rig.  The zero after the N is a fixed placeholder - always zero.  Following that is the antenna number 0=ant 1, 1=ant 2.  The semicolon at the end is the command terminator.  It is required for all CAT commands.  

Older versions of Hamlibs forced us to convert these CAT commands to hexadecimal - but due to recent Hamlibs improvements, you can now enter them exactly as above, in regular text.   Please give it a try and let us know how it works.

I have the CAT reference, so knowing how to do passthru is handy.
