Looks like you have the browser in full screen mode or you VPN client is set to a low resolution.… click the double “rectangles” in the upper right corner and see if you can see the desktop with the browser minimized.

Actually, the pic was on an iPad via VPN, but it is the exactly same screen

on the RigPI.  I can’t find access to Mumble on the RigPI.

It looks like your screen shot is from an iPad.  Mumble for iOS is a separate (free) app.  Download Mumble from the Apple App Store.
