There's a wiki page at the Mumble distribution site.

Basically you just install mumble and mumble-server using dpkg. There
is some configuration needed, and this may be difficult. When you
install the packages it will require several other packages, and you
get these by doing a 'sudo apt update' and 'sudo apt upgrade' and

rigpi has over 1760 packages installed. So the product took awhile to
engineer and produce :-)
