I suspect your FT2000D can be turned on and off via CAT commands.  If that is the case, no other connections are required, simply use the POWER ON and POWER OFF macros already present on RigPi.

To control the power supply, you would need a switched AC device that can be controlled remotely.  There are several described in RigPi Help.  You will also find instructions on how to set that up using one of the repurposed PTT lines on RigPi.
