I can't get it to work either, with or without "www", pasted or typed, in Chrome, Firefox, or Slimjet.

Not surprising because I've never been able to get no-ip to work for me either.   It would be good to figure this out because there's a lot of cool stuff that can be done.

For me, this works

w9bbs.no-ip.org:8080

But, this doesn't work  http://www.w9bbs.no-ip.org:8080

Truncating this by removing the http://www. part makes it work.

Using Sea Monkey (Mozilla based) browser.

Try weewx for your wx software Jerry.

Thats what I use on my Raspberry pi and it is much more friendly.

For me, this works

w9bbs.no-ip.org:8080

But, this doesn't work  http://www.w9bbs.no-ip.org: 8080

Truncating this by removing the http://www. part makes it work.

Using Sea Monkey (Mozilla based) browser.

If this is new, then maybe DNS has not propagated fully yet.
