That's been a known bug since the Pi4 came out. So far, the only work-around is to use a lower resolution on the video

I avoided Bluetooth. I could not get Bluetooth to work when HDMI was set to higher display resolutions. That bug may have a work-around in later Raspberry Pi OS releases. https://www.rtl-sdr.com/using
