The Thinlerain HD-116 12 Volt HDMI/VGA monitor is bright, but I would recommend making a sun shade from cardboard or something, to keep direct sunlight from washing out the high-res screen.

I avoided Bluetooth. I could not get Bluetooth to work when HDMI was set to higher display resolutions. That bug may have a work-around in later Raspberry Pi OS releases. https://www.rtl-sdr.com/using
