Anyone have any luck with this configuration? Alsamixer cannot see the microphone input of the Signalink USB (or another USB sound card on hand). The audio level is very marginal on the low side

Re: Raspberry Pi 4 TNC-Pi Serial Issues
I run BPQ for the APRS gateway/digi 24/7. I've been playing with YAAC on the side. I use one PI and use I2C for the 4 TNCs that service RMS gate, APRS gate, ISS gate on VHF, and an ISS gate on UHF.

You're correct, a mis-read on my part. The link is still a valid source of info, however.

Re: Raspberry Pi 4 TNC-Pi Serial Issues
he did say TNC-PI.
I have had success getting the TNC-PI and Raspberry PI 4 to talk I2C. I haven’t spent enough time trying serial. One attempt by one of my locals failed, but we had a fallback

What does YAAC want for the baud rate? Might only want 4800 or 9600

Re: Raspberry Pi 4 TNC-Pi Serial Issues
James,
Have you seen this page from David Ranch on the various RPi's and their differences, and how to set up for Direwolf or a TNC-X? It might provide you with some clues.

Tried a few SD cards. I’m going to try a Pi 3 to see if I
have the same issues.

Possible corrupt SD O/S image? Are you using a Known good SD card and not a cheap fake? I only buy SD direct from Sandisk online. Also, YACC has been in alpha stage for a very long time.
