I have been answering what I was formatting the sd card with. 😊

 

I have been using Win32DiskImager to burn the images with.

 

I am trying the Etcher tool as I type now.

Please use BalenaEtcher to burn the image to the SD card or microSD card and let us know if that solves your problem.
