This is using an Adafruit Ultimate GPS Hat (similar for the DRAWS™)

Added to /boot/config.txt (again specific to the Adafruit Ultimate GPS Hat):
dtoverlay=pps-gpio,gpiopin=4

# Stop bad estimates upsetting machine clock.

Add broadcast and allow stanzas as needed.
