Its not Seti@home.  It's Einstein something that is the project installed

Nope, Seti@home is installed and runs on startup. It's easy to remove though, if you don't want it.

sudo apt-get remove boinc*
rm /home/pi/.config/lxsession/LXDE-pi/boinc.sh
