From the picture posted it appears to not be loaded. Is Smithers being demolished?
Several Railspotters saw equipment for the power plant in Midlothian Tx....gosh 20 years ago now. Quite a stir at the time. Transferrred from car to multi-multi tired crawlers like NASA rocket move.
A combined-cycle gas plant is now producing 1,650MW .
An empty car is not that impressive but the unloading and transport of the load while slow was really impressive. Dawn dish soap used to great effect. A virtual cornicopia of simple machines, and plenty of wheels!
Is Smithers Lake getting decommisioned the picture of the car looked empty to me.
