Probably your Titan decoder does not have the steam on-board libraries loaded.
To load "Steam_Libraries_v0-0-4" goto to http://www.qsisolutions.com/
and click on "Titan Q2-FX Sound Files". Then click on "Q2_FX Sound Files for HO Scale".
Yes, to get to the libraries you goto "HO Scale" not "Large Scale". The same on-board libraries
are used for HO and Large Scale.
On the right side column about half way down you will see "Onboard Library File For Q2-FX Steam".
Click "Download" to download "Steam_Libraries_v0-0-4.zip". Click "How to Load Q2-FX onboard library file" for instructions as to how to use this file.
