Wonder if I could get some help and what I can do. I ordered 1 U4B and received it by FedEx November 18th. It’s up and flying doing great. I placed another order for more U4Bs. Shows that it shipped November 30th, but the tracking number is the same as my first U4B order. I also have an account with FedEx and get a text and email to expect a package, which I did receive on my first order But not the November 30th order. I put in a ticket but haven’t heard back. Don’t remember my ticket number and when I ask to have the ticket number emailed to me for an open ticket. I never get a email. And yes I checked my spam folder. Just want to find out did it ship? I think not because haven’t heard from FedEx. Was there confusion on Qrp-lab side thinking that second order was already shipped, being that they were ordered so close together. Also, how do I contact them if the ticket system doesn’t seem to work for me? I have had problems with my old AT&T email address before. How do I contact someone there. Do want my order to be lost. |
