QCX 2017 / 2 #2306 - worked vy well with abt 3 Watts until ....
In QTH TA3 2019 suddently no transmit. But not the PA Transitors (changed and OK).
Today removed Q4 / Q6 (and supplied precision pins for plug in them) and checked.
Pin 16 of AtMega keeps always low also by keying.
ATMega broken ? - Also Display is broken (tested on Arduino)
(Cannot here make a first flashing on a fresh ATMega - missing C for the circuit )
