Ultamate 3S With Relay and no Switch Kit?
That is exactly why I did not want to solder in wires. I was assuming it should just work. TNX es 73 de Chris KQ6UP

Ultamate 3S With Relay and no Switch Kit?
I am building my 3S kit, and I don't want to put the jumpers just to test the kit with one filter installed. Can I just add the one relay instead of the jumpers and a single BPF to test how it is doin

US3 5W Amp?
If I add the 5W amp to my US3, can I lower the power easily, or am I committed to 5W? Thanks, Chris KQ6UP

Deluxe 6-band U3S set?
I tried doing it, but I cannot add another module without adding another U3S, and it does not let me delete the US3 without also deleting the LPF. TNX es 73 de Chris KQ6UP

As far as I can tell it only gives you the option to select one LPF. Would I have to go back and keep refreshing the page? TNX Chris KQ6UP

Learning Morse - train your fingers or train your face
True head copy requires little effort. That is why we are all working towards that goal. It makes ragchewing in CW enjoyable. I am just starting to get there now. My CW speed has been faster in the pa

I just keep my in a tupperware kind of thing with snaps that I purchased at the local $.99 store. It fits perfectly, but would have preferred a real cabinet/enclosure that works well. -Chris KQ6UP <wa

QRP Guys SWR/PWR meter
Mine does not need a filter, but some type of 3D printed case would be awesome. The way the switches are set precludes a regular case, but something with holes or a door to reach your finger in. Maybe

I love this type of QRN. It reminds me of sitting in my dark room by the dial light listening to 80m in the Summer. All the lighting static in the background. It is nostalgic for me. Chris KQ6UP

5W Tube Amp for QCX?
It was more like a buffer amp with unity gain to protect the QCX if left hooked in 24/7. I might just use my DX-35 in that capacity. 6146A’s seem to be plentiful. But someone here stated an overbuilt

Yes, I figured it was for safety reasons. But it also has the corollary benefit of shunting static. Chris KQ6UP

I wonder what the input impedance looks like for the VFO? Nice it has a separate oscillator. This could be fun as I have quite a few FT-243 xtals. If the input is wonky I suppose I could just build a

That works. Even has an input shunt choke for static build up. Wonder what a broadband input would look like in place if that xtal? Chris KQ6UP
