Portable antenna suggestions for forthcoming QCX mini
For my pocket-portable QCX 20, I use a plain wire dipole, shown packed here. I have checked it with a nanoVNA in various odd configurations, and it provides a decent SWR. The center is simply a BNC fe

QCX-mini enclosure, update 25-Sep-2020
Ok, thanks. That will be a tight squeeze, maybe too tight. Could fit 3s 750 mAh LiPo, perhaps. To think about. Torbjorn

QCX-mini enclosure, update 25-Sep-2020
Very nice! Good luck with the microphonics issue. (Hmm... How much longer is the cabinet for the 50W amplifier? I may ask if I can buy one to see if I can fit a battery and a speaker amplifier...) Tor

QCX-mini update
It is certainly impressive how you have squeezed things together here. I could not figure out why there is a notch in the controls PCB above the screw tab on the top PCB, instead of just stacking both

How about an ultra-portable "QCX mini" version?

I appreciate all the interesting discussions here. To Razvan, just a reminder that your self-contained dream rig can become reality with the QCX if some effort is put into that, for example with my 3D
